The client had committed to a trading launch date with launch marketing already booked, eliminating slippage tolerance.
Refrigerated chambers required coordinated MEP, insulation, and floor-slab detailing.
How we delivered
The programme was structured around the trading date with recovery drills held any week the critical path moved by more than 3 days.
Steel-portal frame with block infill, insulated panel refrigerated chambers with dedicated low-temp condensing units, and full LV/UPS distribution.
Delivered under design-and-build with a dedicated project delivery team, weekly client walk-downs, and formal risk-log management.
Cold-chamber pull-down testing witnessed by the client before shelf installation.
Store opened on the committed trading date with full stock and refrigeration operational.
