He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Peachtree Certified Professional (Database Administration). With extensive experience spanning audit, consultancy, banking, energy, and construction, he has held key positions in Dredging & Construction Alternative, Floorenzo West Africa Ltd, Murphy Shipping & Commercial Services, Telisol Nigeria Ltd, Vandrezza Energy Services Ltd, and UBA Bank Plc. As Managing Director/CEO of Crestmark Projects Nig Ltd, he provides strategic leadership, driving the company's commitment to engineering excellence, innovation, quality, and client satisfaction across every project.

Mr. Oni Abayomi is a Project Management Professional (PMP), certified and trained at Naphtali & Naphtali PM Ltd. He is a graduate of Applied Geology from the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA). With over a decade in the construction sector, he has served in important positions at Equation Designs Construction Ltd, Ashdon Geotechnical & Foundations Ltd, Brian Neil (BN) Construction Ltd, Felgron Integrated & Drainage, and Clevers Peak Constructions Ltd, managing and supervising several engineering and construction projects. He is also the Founder and CEO of Drain Tech & Foundations Ltd, and currently applies his technical knowledge and project management experience to the benefit of Crestmark Projects Nig Ltd.

Iromini Abiodun Raphael is a business executive and certified construction and real estate professional with expertise in property development, construction project delivery, and investment structuring. He has led large-scale construction projects and advises investors, developers, and institutions on evaluating, structuring, and executing high-value real estate opportunities. He is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in AI and Machine Learning at Walsh College, USA, and holds an MBA from Rushford Business School, a BSc (Hons) in Business and Management from the University of Derby, UK, and an Executive MBA from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, UK. He has completed executive programs in Real Estate Development and Investment at the University of Cape Town and Technology Entrepreneurship at Stanford University. He is a member of the Chartered Management Institute (UK), CORBON, NIOB, NAFM, and IPMA, and a Fellow of the IIM and the Centre for Public Service Productivity and Development. His expertise spans construction project execution, feasibility studies, cost and value engineering, procurement, contract administration, and real estate investment strategy.

Engr. Ibrahim Ahmed Zailani holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Building and a Master of Information Management from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is a Corporate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Building (MNIOB) with extensive experience in the construction industry. He has contributed to the successful delivery of major residential and commercial projects while working with organizations including Floorenzo West Africa Ltd, Greenstone Developments Ltd, Protelum Consult Nigeria Ltd, and Pure Projects Ltd. He now brings his technical expertise and project management experience to Crestmark Projects Nig Ltd, where he is committed to delivering quality engineering and construction solutions.

Engr. Daniel Nweke holds an HND in Civil Engineering from Yaba College of Technology and a PGD in Construction Management from the Federal University of Technology Akure. With over ten years of practical experience in civil and building works, he has worked with Dolphin Works Limited and Multitechnics Global Services, among others, as Project Engineer, serving as the anchor man on numerous projects. He is a COREN-registered engineer and a Corporate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (NICE). His strengths lie in accurate attention to detail, prompt delivery of projects on budget and time, and the ability to manage human, financial, and material resources effectively.

Fadairo Oladimeji attended Federal Technical College Ilesa, Osun State, and The Polytechnic, Ibadan, where he obtained his HND in Civil Engineering (Structures Option). His working experience spans Efoba Construction & Engineering Limited (Senior Site Engineer — 500-Seater Lecture Theatre, Faculty of Law University of Ibadan; renovation of the burnt Theatre Arts building); Glory Networks Nigeria Ltd (Senior Site Engineer — Globacom Nig Ltd civil works); Arsen Nigeria Ltd (Senior Site Engineer — Unicem cement factory, Mfamosing, Calabar); and Dully Dredging & Construction Ltd (Senior Site Engineer — dredging and concrete works on the Surulere canal from Idi-Oro Mushin to LUTH Idi-Araba and Cele bus stop, the Otto Creek to National Theatre canal, the Abebe Village Nigeria Brewery works, and the 2 km Idi-Araba road project). He joined Crestmark Projects Nig Ltd in 2026.

Adeolu is a graduate of Quantity Surveying with Upper Credit from Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo (2003). After his NYSC in 2005 he joined Jagal Nigeria Ltd, Snake Island, Apapa, Lagos, for several years, then moved to BEC Consultants Nigeria in 2006, where he spent two years before returning to Yaba College of Technology for a Post-Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying. He joined Floorenzo in 2012 before teaming up with Crestmark Projects Nig Ltd.

Barrister Kayode Olanipekun obtained his LL.B. from the University of Ibadan and his B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. He is a seasoned legal practitioner who has consulted for several corporate bodies before joining the company.

Idowu obtained his B.Sc. (Hons) in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has worked across several sectors of the economy, including an audit firm, Hazz Nigeria Ltd (construction), and L'Pacemaker Pharmaceutical Ltd, before joining Crestmark Projects Nig Ltd.
