Objectives

What the project set out to do

  • Deliver family-standard and bachelor accommodation blocks
  • Provide full estate infrastructure to standalone-community standard
  • Achieve durable finishes with low maintenance burden
Challenges

What we were up against

Multi-block coordination

Multiple identical blocks required disciplined mock-up-first delivery to protect finish consistency.

Standalone utilities

The estate required its own MV substation, borehole treatment plant, and stormwater management.

Approach

How we delivered

Template-driven execution

The first block acted as the mock-up. Sign-off from the client on every trade set the standard for the remaining blocks.

Engineering

Reinforced-concrete frame blocks with block infill, 500 kVA MV/LV substation with backup generator, and treated-borehole water supply.

Execution

Programme phased block-by-block to smooth crew loading; monthly progress reports to the client's project monitoring team.

Quality

Consistency verified through inter-block finish audits before each block's PC.

Outcome

A functional, durable housing estate handed over to serve police personnel and their families.
