What we were up against
Multiple identical blocks required disciplined mock-up-first delivery to protect finish consistency.
The estate required its own MV substation, borehole treatment plant, and stormwater management.
How we delivered
The first block acted as the mock-up. Sign-off from the client on every trade set the standard for the remaining blocks.
Reinforced-concrete frame blocks with block infill, 500 kVA MV/LV substation with backup generator, and treated-borehole water supply.
Programme phased block-by-block to smooth crew loading; monthly progress reports to the client's project monitoring team.
Consistency verified through inter-block finish audits before each block's PC.
A functional, durable housing estate handed over to serve police personnel and their families.
